I started taking Serovital HGH on Saturday night. This is a supplement that helps your body natural increase the production of HGH. I am not the injection type and the thought of putting some synethic HGH in my body is not appealing.
You can find it at Ulta or order it online. The cost is $99 for a month supply. The only withdrawl is that it has to be taken on an empty stomach. I take it at night. I have noticed I do sleep much better, but I have only been taking it for two nights. Dr Oz has also recommended this product.
