2009 New Year's Resolutions

This year's resolutions took me longer than previous years. I have put much thought in to these 5 resolutions!

1. Find at least one thing to be grateful for everyday and write it down.

2. Chose to be happy. Happiness is not a destination, it's a state of mind!

3. Be physically active everyday. Even if it's only a game of tag with my babies.

4. Feed my soul spiritually. This doesn't mean I'm gonna turn into a Bible thumper!!!

5. Read at least one book a month.
