App Of The Week: MyFitnessPal

I downloaded MyFitnessPal last week.  I have been trying to run at least 12 miles a week now that the weather is starting to get nicer.  I like that MyFitnessPal lets you log exercising as well as log your food.  I tend to snack a lot.  I also digest a lot of liquid calories.  It's been good to see what time of day I'm snacking and what. 




MyFitnessPal is very easy to use.  The only issue I have found is it isn't accurate at estimating the calories burned while exercising.  It does allow you to alter the calories.  I have a heart monitor that shows me the calories I burn so I just update the amount.
