I can't believe November is almost gone. I can't believe tomorrow it will be December. Where did this year go?? On the first on November I set these goals:
Here is how I did:
- I jogged 77.51 miles (15 days of jogging; average 4.3 miles per jog)
- I did not make my step goal. This was because my flex decided to die the second week of the month. :-( I just started using my zip again until I can figure out what the hell is going on with my flex.
- I completed the 30 day abs and squat challenge (Tribesports). I also did lunges. So I finished with 250 squats, 250 crunches and 240 lunges.
- I did not complete the November #photoaday challenge. I never do no matter how hard I try.
- I did not complete the 30 day yoga challenge.
Even though I only completed 2 out of 6 goals I am still proud of myself. I did make some pretty big accomplishments.
I hit the 500 mile mark this month. I have walked over 500 miles since March. I also have shaved some time off my averages. (This is the subject of another post)
I got up to level 11 on Fitocracy.
I only had three Egg Nog Lattes. This is a huge deal for me!
I finally reached a single digit pant size. I have been focused more on size than weight. But I have lost over 30 pounds since March. I have done this all through hard work and changing my eating habits.
Now that November is almost over, it's time to focus on my December goals. I'm excited to see what the new month has in store for me!
